About The Position

Seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents, perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Candidates must be comfortable floating to other units as needed based on census.

Requirements

• 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) RN experience required
• Epic experience required
• Active RN license required
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills required
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend required
• Driver's License required at submission
• Coversheet required at submission
• Ability to float to other units, including Spalding, if census decreases required

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing geriatric and long-term care patient populations preferred
• Certifications not currently in hand must be noted as "Willing to Obtain"
