About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for meeting residents’ total nursing needs while incorporating the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. The RN helps ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in each resident’s daily life rhythm. The role develops assignments in coordination with care partners and holds team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

This is a per-diem position at Las Ventanas, a HumanGood community in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pay range is $33.00 to $43.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Nevada, or obtain one within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience; new graduates are welcome.

• Experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or sub-acute care.
