About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician for its Denver, Colorado team. The position travels between the Denver North and Denver South clinics and is based in a pediatric outpatient clinical setting, working exclusively with infants. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and misshapen ears using the DOC Band® and EarWell® treatments, respectively. They work directly with families throughout the treatment process and provide hands-on patient care in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic. A pediatric background is required. The role offers a traditional workweek with no nights and minimal to no weekend work, direct patient care with minimal paperwork, and no productivity or patient quotas. Training, mentorship, continuing education, and potential internal growth opportunities are available. The Denver South clinic is expected to relocate to Englewood in December 2026 or January 2027.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Prior pediatric experience.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate infants for plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Treat head shape with the DOC Band® and correct ear shape with EarWell®.
• Provide direct, hands-on patient care and support families throughout treatment.
• Travel between the Denver North and Denver South clinics.
