About The Position

The Registered Nurse will provide Medical/Surgical nursing care in the Acute Cardio Unit. The position requires availability for shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, varied scheduling, and work every other weekend. The nurse must also be available to work holidays, including two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Availability for shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM and varied scheduling.
• Work every other weekend.
• Availability to work two major holidays and one minor holiday from the listed options.
