About The Position

Cedars-Sinai is hiring Career Float Pool Registered Nurses to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care across one or more specialty clusters. Float Pool RNs gain experience in multiple clinical areas while supporting a diverse patient population and collaborating with healthcare professionals in technologically advanced facilities. Specialty clusters include Adult ICU/PACU and Adult Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care (PCU). Current staffing needs include day-shift RNs with experience in Adult Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU, and night-shift RNs with ICU experience. The position is offered as full-time, part-time, or per diem.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
At least three years of recent acute-care RN experience in the applicable specialty; applicants with at least two years may be considered for an RN II position.
Experience in two or more of the listed Career Float Pool specialty clusters.
ACLS certification for ICU, PCU, and Telemetry assignments.
RN III candidates must hold a specialty certification; external candidates may obtain it within one year of hire.
