About The Position
We’re looking for a well-organized, dedicated, and compassionate RN to join our amazing team at our Women's Health Plaza Clinic! This individual will primarily be responsible for providing phone triage and patient education to our OBGYN patients; however, as we are a team that supports each other this position would be trained in all clinical aspects of the office. We need someone who is able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor are a must.
Requirements
- MO and KS RN License required
- Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
Nice To Haves
- Previous Labor and Delivery experience and/or triage experience in Women's Healthcare preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms, provide clinical guidance and/or patient education based on established protocols and guidelines, and document accordingly
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to provide outstanding quality and evidenced based care
- Manage emergent calls and respond to critical situations
- Notify patients of test results as instructed by healthcare providers
- Administer medications and vaccinations as needed
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
