About The Position

Madison Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Registered Nurses to join its resident-focused care team in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves delivering compassionate care to residents, supporting their care plans, documenting clinical information, and working with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team. RNs also supervise and guide CNA staff while helping ensure residents’ safety, dignity, and comfort.

The position is offered full-time and part-time. Compensation is $41–$50.60 per hour, with pay based on experience. Full-time hires are offered a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and part-time hires are offered a $5,000 sign-on bonus; bonuses are paid bi-weekly over 26 pay periods. PM and NOC shift differentials are available, and employees receive time and a half after 40 hours in a week. Requirements

Responsibilities
