About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Phoenix Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. The nurse provides individualized, one-on-one care to a client in the client’s home, following and documenting doctors’ orders, conducting assessments, monitoring the client’s condition, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. Nurses work with autonomy and build ongoing relationships with clients and families. The position offers full-time day shifts, Monday through Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Compensation starts at $35–$40 per hour, depending on the client, with a client-specific $3,000 retention bonus. The Phoenix office describes its culture as close-knit and team-focused, with hands-on support and open communication.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

Trach experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home according to the chosen schedule.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
