About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a free-standing emergency department. This position offers the opportunity to use nursing skills in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in a free-standing emergency department in a dynamic city environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient-related information accurately and promptly.
