About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide private duty home care to clients in the Pittsburgh market. Nurses travel to one client’s home near them and work a schedule they choose, providing one-to-one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The position includes paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, plus additional paid training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift. BAYADA’s local office provides onboarding and support from its Clinical Manager, Administrator, Scheduler, and support staff. Available schedules include morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. PRN, part-time, and full-time hours are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
