About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one private duty care in pediatric and geriatric roles. Current client needs include care for a 15-year-old in Queen Creek. Available schedules include weekday evening shifts, overnight shifts throughout the week, and weekend day shifts. Starting pay is $35–$40 per hour, depending on the client.

Nurses travel to one client’s home and provide individualized care on a schedule they choose. The role includes following and documenting doctors’ orders, assessing clients and monitoring their conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. Nurses have autonomy in delivering care in the home and build relationships with clients over traditional shifts.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

• Trach experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
