About The Position

As a Team Supervisor, you lead the shift and help deliver memorable customer experiences. When you are the senior leader on site and running the shift, you drive execution and make key decisions to keep operations running smoothly. The role supports food and beverage service, Associate performance, store safety and security, inventory, vendor check-ins, and cash handling. Associates have the option to opt into a four-day work week. The hourly range is $20.00–$27.00, based on position, experience, and location, with an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 a.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
Coordinate Associates, customers, and orders to provide efficient food and beverage service.
Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity and performance.
Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
Lead the shift and make operational decisions when serving as the senior leader on site.
