Registered Nurse | Intensive Care Unit
About The Position
Rice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit! This position involves a 24 hours per two weeks schedule, with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts, including every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. Pay is based on experience and degree, with a starting range of $43.24 per hour for Associate/Diploma in nursing, $43.61 per hour for Bachelors in nursing, and $45.79 per hour for Masters in nursing. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public, and other providers.
- A knowledge of growth and development; specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process.
- An understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
