About The Position

Loyola University Medical Center is seeking Registered Nurses with Intensive Care Unit experience to provide exceptional, person-centered care. The role is part of the Float Pool and is a day-shift PRN registry position. Registry Level II requires 8–12-hour shifts within a six-week schedule, including three weekend shifts, one winter holiday, and one summer holiday. Nurses join a team-oriented unit with opportunities to manage a wide range of diagnoses and advance their nursing skills. The position is non-benefited. Requirements

• Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• BLS Provider certification accredited by the American Heart Association, required prior to hire.
• Illinois Board of Nursing license, required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Work as part of the Float Pool and team-oriented nursing unit.
• Complete the Registry Level II schedule of 8–12-hour shifts within each six-week schedule, including three weekend shifts, one winter holiday, and one summer holiday.
