About The Position

Join the award-winning Orthopedic Unit at St. Cloud Hospital as a Registered Nurse. This 29-bed unit cares for children and adults with a range of orthopedic conditions, including joint replacements, sports medicine needs, and fractures resulting from accidents or other trauma. The team uses a team-nursing approach and supports patients through elective procedures and traumatic events, helping them work toward their goals and return to their prior level of functioning. The position is full-time, 72 hours per two-week pay period, and onsite. Shifts are 12 hours, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every other weekend (Friday through Sunday) and rotating holidays. Pay is based on experience and degree, with a stated range of $42.86 to $71.51 per hour. Eligible candidates may receive a $3,500 hiring bonus and a $5,000 relocation bonus. Additional pay is available for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and more.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within three years.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
