About The Position
Enloe Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Surgical Care unit. The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with Enloe Medical Center’s standards, policies, and practices. The role prioritizes patient needs, coordinates care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team in accordance with the medical plan of care. The position is full-time, on day shifts of 12 hours, with variable days off and 72 hours per pay period. Compensation ranges from $55.93 to $79.75, based on applicable experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is offered.
Requirements
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current CPR recognition.
- Demonstrated technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills, and sensitivity for patients and families in crisis.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
