About The Position
The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with Enloe Medical Center’s standards, policies, and practices. The nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care. This position is in Surgical Care Magnolia and is a full-time day-shift role with 12-hour shifts and variable days off. It is based at Enloe Health, a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California. Enloe emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care, human connection, mutual support, collaboration, and purpose.
Requirements
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current CPR recognition.
- Demonstrated technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills, and sensitivity to patients and families in crisis.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
