About The Position
Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane, Washington is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse. The role offers evening and night schedules, consistent scheduling at one location, and welcomes new nurses. Nurses provide resident-centered care, supported by leadership and opportunities for career growth. Pay is $45.00–$54.19 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Shift differentials are $1.50 per hour for evening shifts and $2.50 per hour for NOC shifts.
Requirements
- Current Washington State RN license or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes.
- Lead and support CNAs and nursing team members.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
