About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides compassionate and professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, supporting patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. The role works in a fast-paced environment with a clinical care team, using critical thinking to address problems and support patient care. The nurse floats to clinics around the region; mileage is reimbursed when traveling away from the home clinic. No dialysis experience is required, and comprehensive paid training is provided. The posting highlights three to four days off per week, PTO accrual beginning on the first day of employment, and benefits beginning on the first day of the month after the first 30 days of employment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, time-management, and communication skills.
