About The Position

DaVita is hiring a float Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting. The nurse will support patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing while working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team of clinicians. The role includes floating to clinics around the region; mileage is reimbursed when traveling away from the home clinic. Dialysis experience is not required, and comprehensive paid training is provided. The posting notes a schedule with 3–4 days off per week.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CNN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
