About The Position

The RN serves as a working leader who oversees and implements resident care plans and provides direct nursing services. Wages depend on experience and are determined by the hiring manager at an interview. The position requires working every other weekend rotation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time third-shift RNs.

Requirements

• A nursing license is required.
• Must be able to work every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Implement resident care plans.
• Provide direct nursing services, including administering treatments and assisting with assessments and evaluations.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegate appropriate components of the care plan to nursing assistants and provide guidance and supervision when necessary.
• Consult with others and validate data.
• Record pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identify and evaluate residents’ responses to health problems and treatments.
• Communicate residents’ care needs to others involved in their care.
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.
