About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER) for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene, NH. This position involves providing nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult life cycle, utilizing knowledge of age-related growth and development. The role requires functioning in accordance with the nursing philosophy, objectives, standards of care, and standards of practice. The Emergency Department is newly renovated with state-of-the-art monitors and communication devices. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. The patient population includes Newborn-Geriatric. The role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration with pre-hospital, emergency department, and in-hospital personnel. Travelers must have their own vehicle as this is a small community without public transport. Specific holiday work is required. All medical/occ health compliance items must be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, and all must be noted and verified at upload. Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

Requirements

Must have 2+ years of current ED experience (more experience = first consideration!)
Must have Prior travel experience (at least 3 months)
Must have EPIC experience
Perm address must be uploaded in profile
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Must have New Hampshire RN license or Compact
Must have Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross PALS
Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability
Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
