About The Position

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in home-care settings performing per-visit nursing services.
- Kinner experience.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assess patient needs in a home environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care during home visits, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately and on time.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
- Follow regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to home-care nursing.
