About The Position
Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for a 7-on/7-off schedule. The RN supports patients’ recovery and ability to remain at home, helping them spend quality time with loved ones and continue activities they enjoy. The nurse educates patients and families on disease management to help them reach healthcare goals, and case manages patients while providing clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state where the employee works.
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR and BCLS certification.
