About The Position

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses and/or LPN Nurses for hospital bedside care in Hollywood, Florida. The role provides 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 patient case, with day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Visits and hourly shifts are available. The stated hourly pay is $35.00 and up for hourly shifts, depending on patient care plans; rates vary and are confirmed when scheduling. Clinicians are provided Medivox, an AI-powered documentation assistant that uses secure voice capture to support faster completion of visit notes. The position is paid as W-2 employment.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Florida nursing license or compact license as an RN or LPN.
• Hold a valid Basic Life Support card.
• Have Florida-required CEUs.
• Provide a physical health form dated within the last six months.
• Provide negative TB skin test results, a chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test results (QFT-Plus).
• Have Level 2 background clearance to verify in ACHA.
• Speak English clearly.
• Have a good driving record.
• Have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
• Be professional and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing during 12-hour shifts, including wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments.
• Provide shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
