About The Position

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses and/or LPN Nurses for hospital bedside care in Fort Pierce, Florida. This is a 24/7 patient case with 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Visits and hourly shifts are available. Pay starts at $35 per hour for hourly shifts, based on the patient care plan; rates may vary and are confirmed when scheduling. Clinicians are provided Medivox, an AI-powered documentation assistant that uses secure voice capture to help complete visit notes and reduce charting time. Employment is paid as a W-2 employee.

Requirements

Valid Florida RN or LPN nursing license, or a compact license.
Valid Basic Life Support card.
Florida-required continuing education units (CEUs).
Physical health form dated within the last six months.
Negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood test results (QFT-Plus).
Level 2 background clearance to verify in ACHA.
Ability to speak English clearly.
Good driving record.
Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
Professionalism and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care during 12-hour shifts, including wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments.
Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
Follow infection control standards and agency protocols.
