About The Position
This role focuses on leading individualized care journeys by designing and monitoring plans that prioritize clinical excellence and personal dignity, ensuring interventions meet each patient's unique needs. The Registered Nurse will serve as the central communication hub across medical disciplines to ensure a unified care team, while proactively advocating for patient safety through precise assessments and documentation. They will execute complex treatment strategies and life-saving interventions with precision, acting as a high-level partner to physicians in delivering daily clinical support. Additionally, the role involves leading comprehensive transition planning to empower patients and families, providing the necessary tools and confidence for continued recovery and holistic health after discharge.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
