About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal nursing candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. This position supports our colorectal surgeon and is primarily located at the MMP office in Charlotte, with one afternoon a week in the Rock Hill office. We serve patients with general surgery and colorectal needs from the age of 16 years old and older.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• BSN Preferred
• Ambulatory Care or Surgery certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Educating patients and their families, in the clinic and over the phone.
