About The Position
The Med/Surg Registered Nurse is a self-motivated, highly professional clinician who serves as a clinical resource person on the unit. This position is accountable for planning, directing, and evaluating individualized patient care while applying age-specific clinical knowledge to all populations served.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong self-motivation, dynamic clinical decision-making, and proven experience in a Med/Surg environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process.
- Act as an approachable, knowledgeable clinical resource for team members and interdisciplinary staff.
- Assess and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to the developmental and physiological needs of the age groups served.
