About The Position

Vi is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide superior care to assigned residents. The role includes assessing residents, identifying diagnoses and desired outcomes, planning and implementing care, evaluating treatments, and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. The RN also supervises staff and builds relationships with residents, families, and other members of the health care team. The position is at Vi at Highlands Ranch, 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. The stated pay is $46.00 per hour. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Hold current Registered Nurse licensure in the state where practicing.
Have working knowledge of long-term care.
Hold current CPR certification approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Hold current First Aid certification or be willing and able to become certified.
Maintain a courteous and professional manner in interactions with others.
Use a resident- and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
Have basic computer skills or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse preferred.
Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly people preferred.
