About The Position

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging nursing position, the Registered Nurse works with multidisciplinary team members to provide patients with the best care. The nurse is at the heart of patient-centered care and is valued for compassion and a commitment to continually improving the patient experience. Through clear communication and relationship-building, the nurse helps promote a collaborative environment, is accountable for performance, takes initiative for professional growth, and contributes to building a winning team.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing training program at an accredited school of nursing.
• Current nursing license authorizing practice in the State of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification (ENPC), required within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
