About The Position

Almost Family, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bend team to serve our Central Oregon clients. We provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30 and 90-day Quality Monitoring Visits (QMVs) for clients receiving medication services.
• Provide medication training and orientation to caregivers and clients as appropriate.
• Maintain and update Medication Administration Records (MARs).
• Update and maintain care plans and Quality Monitoring Visit documentation.
• Complete documentation and updates using Google Drive and electronic systems.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
• Identify and communicate changes in client needs or medication-related concerns.
