About The Position
Almost Family, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Bend team to serve our Central Oregon clients. We provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Current, valid RN or LPN license in Oregon.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 30 and 90-day Quality Monitoring Visits (QMVs) for clients receiving medication services.
- Provide medication training and orientation to caregivers and clients as appropriate.
- Maintain and update Medication Administration Records (MARs).
- Update and maintain care plans and Quality Monitoring Visit documentation.
- Complete documentation and updates using Google Drive and electronic systems.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
- Identify and communicate changes in client needs or medication-related concerns.
