Crestview Specialty Care, a 65-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in West Branch, IA, is now hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing regulations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care (LTC) setting
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in health status
  • Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
  • Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance policies
