About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary position for 13 weeks, working the night shift. Vibra Hospital of Fargo is a 31-bed Critical Care Hospital in Fargo, ND, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital specializes in conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. It offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can build close relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare.
- Provides direct patient care and delegates and supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
