About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking passionate, experienced nurses to join their Medical Surgical unit. This unit has 25 semi-private beds and cares for adult patients with a variety of conditions. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, changing dressings, educating patients, and coordinating care plans with other healthcare professionals. Requirements

• 1+ years of clinical RN experience
• Associates of Nursing (ASN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with over two years of acute care experience, subject to CNO approval)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty

Responsibilities
