About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking passionate and experienced nurses to join their team and collaborate with top medical professionals. The Medical Surgical unit has 25 Semi-Private Beds and cares for adult patients with various conditions. Nurses on this unit administer medications, monitor vital signs, change dressings, educate patients, coordinate care plans, and evaluate medical information.

Requirements

1+ years of clinical RN experience
Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with over two years of acute care experience, subject to CNO approval)
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities
