About The Position

This role involves leading the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in the Neuro Trauma ICU, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards. The nurse will advocate for patients by monitoring and communicating real-time health changes, orchestrate multidisciplinary care as the primary coordinator, and empower patients and their families by managing the discharge planning process.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
