About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Neuro Trauma ICU at Via Christi St Francis in Wichita, KS. The role involves leading the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, advocating for patients by monitoring and communicating real-time health changes, orchestrating multidisciplinary care as the primary coordinator, and empowering patients and their families by managing the discharge planning process.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
