About The Position
Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, assessing needs, and providing the best possible care and advice. The RN will observe and interpret patient symptoms, communicate them to physicians, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities include performing routine procedures like blood pressure measurements and administering injections, as well as filling in patient charts and adjusting/administering medications and treatments per physician's orders. Requirements
- RN License is required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
