About The Position
Concierge Care is expanding its nursing team and seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse to support clients throughout the Gainesville and Ocala area. This PRN role focuses primarily on in-home assessments and nursing oversight. It is a great fit for an RN who enjoys working independently, meeting clients in their homes, and having flexibility outside of a traditional hospital or facility schedule. Our RNs play an important role in helping us understand each client's individual needs and ensuring appropriate services are in place.
Requirements
- Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Social Security card
- Health statement completed within the last 6 months confirming freedom from communicable diseases
- Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements

Responsibilities
- Visiting clients in their homes to complete nursing assessments
- Performing reassessments as required
- Reviewing client health and care needs
- Assisting with development and updates to care plans
- Providing nursing oversight and guidance when needed
- Communicating changes or concerns with the appropriate office team
- Maintaining complete and accurate documentation
- Helping support quality and continuity of care for our clients
