About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct client assessments and provide nursing oversight in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a PRN, field-based position offering flexibility for RNs who enjoy working directly with clients in their homes. Visits are scheduled based on client assessment and reassessment needs, providing a flexible alternative to traditional facility-based nursing schedules.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Social Security card
- Current health statement completed within the previous 6 months stating you are free of communicable diseases
- Ability to successfully meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage documentation well
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Jacksonville service area
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial client assessments in the home
- Completing scheduled reassessments
- Evaluating client needs and changes in condition
- Reviewing and updating care information
- Completing required nursing documentation
- Communicating relevant findings with the care team
- Providing nursing oversight as required
- Helping maintain continuity and quality of client care
