About The Position

The MS/Tele Float Pool Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting. The role includes floating to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed and managing patient ratios of 1:4–5. The schedule is three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., totaling 36 hours per week, with availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
• Experience with the EPIC electronic health records system.
• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4–5.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
