About The Position

Everleap Fertility is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse for its surgical center in Bedford, New Hampshire. The nurse provides primary care to patients undergoing advanced reproductive technology and ovulation induction, supporting them throughout their treatment journey, including in the operating room and post-anesthesia care unit (O.R./PACU). The nurse works with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support smooth daily practice operations.

Staff must be available for at least two shifts per month. Coverage is primarily needed during surgery week, which takes place one week each month, Monday through Friday, for egg retrievals. Shifts start at 7:00 a.m. and end after the last case is completed. Each day averages five to nine cases, with each case lasting approximately 30 minutes. Additional hours may be available for embryo transfers scheduled outside surgery week. The posting also lists Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma.
• Current ME License.
• BLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

• O.R./PACU experience preferred.
• Infertility practice background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care to patients undergoing advanced reproductive technology and ovulation induction, following them throughout their care journey, including in the O.R./PACU area.
• Coordinate with nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, physicians, laboratory personnel, O.R./PACU staff, administrative assistants, and receptionists to support the smooth daily flow of the clinical practice.
