About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team in a facility located in City, State. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in long-term care and a commitment to providing excellent patient-centered care. This position is focused on nursing duties and does not require clinical involvement. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team as needed for PT, social work, and dietary support is part of the role. Oxygen therapy equipment is available, including concentrators and portable concentrators. The medication dispensing system is managed off-site.
Requirements
- Must have experience in long-term care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
