About The Position

MGA Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses to provide home health services to medically fragile patients across Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom counties in Washington. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with no per-diem positions currently available. Compensation is $45–$52 per hour, dependent on experience, tenure, and hours worked. The stated lower range corresponds to little or no experience while working 30 hours per week; the upper range corresponds to highly skilled, experienced clinicians exceeding the 36-hour weekly full-time minimum.

RNs provide personalized care in patients’ homes, following physician-provided plans of care and supporting patients and families. The role includes paid training and CEU opportunities, a personal tablet for electronic charting, online learning modules, simulation lab training, and career development opportunities. Benefits are available after 30 days of employment.

Requirements

• Active Washington or Compact Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document activities, assessments, nursing actions, patient responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
