About The Position

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Medical Intensive Infirmary (MII) team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville, Georgia. The MII is a specialized unit focused on patients with complex medical conditions needing skilled nursing care, continuous assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This role is suited for experienced RNs dedicated to high-quality patient care in a structured, supportive clinical setting. The role involves providing hands-on care for patients with complex and chronic medical conditions, utilizing critical thinking and assessment skills in a specialty infirmary. Patients may require advanced nursing care such as tracheostomy management, enteral feeding, wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management. The RN will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team within a structured clinical environment with established policies, procedures, and security support. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Current, Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Ability to obtain facility security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
