About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its compassionate care-giving team. The position is based on integrated nursing principles and involves performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional nursing standards. The RN develops individualized plans of care, administers medications appropriately, and provides education to residents, families, and caregivers.
Requirements
- Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis, tailored to each individual's needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and administer them correctly.
- Plan and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers.
