About The Position
Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department at SMMC, an acute care hospital with 212 staffed beds. The role has a 1:4 patient ratio and requires Epic experience. The facility may call off once per two-week pay period. Start date is ASAP. The position is offered at an elevated seasonal rate through 3/1/27.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Epic experience required.
- Current ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS certifications.
- Must be open to working 3 of 5 major holidays.
- Local candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius; contact the account manager for the local rate.
- Requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
- Pending license applications are not accepted.
Nice To Haves
- Community hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department.
- Work every other weekend; weekend frequency may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs.
- Be available to work 3 of 5 major holidays.
