Registered Nurse - AM/PM Long Term Care
About The Position
We are seeking RNs for our skilled nursing facility. This position requires working every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and alternate holidays. Part-time openings. On-call positions also available. AM shifts are 6:30am-2:30pm and PM shifts are 2:30pm-10:30pm. Nurses must possess a minimum of one-year experience as an RN. Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota.
- Minimum of one-year experience as an RN.
- Knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation nursing concepts.
- Clinically competent to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents.
- Ability to meet physical demands of position including visual and auditory acuity.
- Reading, writing and speaking English is a requirement of the position.
Responsibilities
- Meet the needs of the resident by following the plan of care.
- Round to observe resident physical and psychosocial status.
- Report and respond to changes in condition as appropriate.
- Plan, direct and carry out shift routines.
- Direct, observe and evaluate the work of personnel on their unit.
